REGISTER AND ATTEND THE TRAVEL BAZAAR for your chance to WIN A FAMILY TRIP FOR 4 TO ANAHEIM that includes:

The Promoter
1. The promoter is House of Travel Limited ("Promoter"), trading as House of Travel Limited
The Prize Issuer
2. The prize issuers are House of Travel and Visit Anaheim, in partnership ("Prize Issuer").
The Prize Supplier
3. The prize suppliers are House of Travel, Visit Anaheim and The Walt Disney Company (Australia) Pty Limited (“Disney”) (each a “Prize Supplier”).
Competition entry and eligibility
4. Eligibility information and the prize offered form part of these Conditions of Entry. An individual that renders themself an Eligible Entrant is deemed to have accepted these Conditions of Entry.
5. Entry is open to residents of New Zealand aged 18 years or older.
6. Only those people who are eligible for travel and meet Government and Airline travel requirements, have the appropriate valid passports and can obtain the appropriate visas and documentation to travel into and through the United States of America (USA, US) can enter the draw. In the event the prize winner cannot travel for any reason (including the inability to travel due to COVID-19, or obtain applicable Visas), the prize will be forfeited.
7. Employees (and their immediate families) of House of Travel, its subsidiaries, related entities or agencies associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
8. To enter, attendees must register and attend the Travel Bazaar. Either pre-register and scan ticket on arrival or register on the day and scan ticket on entrance to the Travel Bazaar. Once ticket is scanned, the ticket holder will be entered into the draw.
9. No purchase is necessary to enter.
10. Each Eligible Entrant receives one (1) entry into the draw, regardless of whether they register multiple times.
Duration of Promotional Period
11. The promotion commences 9am NZST 25 August 2026 and closes at 3pm NZST on 19 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Prize Winner will be drawn from the pool of Eligible Entrants after the end of the Promotion Period.
Selection of “Prize Winner”
12. The Prize Winner must be able to provide a current, valid New Zealand Passport or New Zealand Driver’s License / other Valid ID to accept the prize.
13. The Prize Winner will be determined by a random [computer generated] prize draw in the week commencing 21 September 2026. The draw will take place at House of Travel Holdings, Level 2, 45 Queen Street, Auckland. The Promoter reserves the right to draw additional reserve entries and record them in case an ineligible entrant is drawn. The Prize Winner need not be present at the draw.
14. If the Prize Winner does not make contact with House of Travel within seven (7) days of being notified, they will forfeit the right to the prize. The prize will then be awarded to the next drawn winner - and another winner will be announced and contacted.
15. The Prize Winner will be contacted by the Promoter via email or telephone week beginning 21 September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.
16. The decisions of the promoter on all matters relating to this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. House of Travel Limited, Air New Zealand and Visit Anaheim reserves the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner’s right to redeem the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions. House of Travel Limited, Air New Zealand and Visit Anaheim reserves the right, in consultation with Disney, to amend the prize(s) offered along with these terms and conditions, substitute any element of the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond its control and in its absolute discretion cancel the competition at any time and without prior notice.
17. Prize must be booked with House of Travel on or before 29 May 2027, and must be booked at a minimum of 120 days’ prior to departure. Travel dates are subject to approval by Disney, Visit Anaheim, and Air New Zealand, and require booking a minimum of 90 days’ prior to departure. All travel must be completed by 30 September 2027. Any portion of the Prize not redeemed by this date will be forfeited.
18. There will be one (1) prize which comprises:
· Four (4) Return Economy Class flights from Auckland to Los Angeles flying with Air New Zealand.
· Five (5) nights at Howard Johnson Anaheim Hotel and Water Playground four (4) people.
· Up to four (4) x 3-day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Theme Park Tickets (subject to restrictions) for up to four (4) people (one of whom is the winner) (together, the "Group") in Anaheim, California.
· Return Airport Transfers from LAX to Prize accommodation with Karmel Shuttles, including a Shop Until you Drop…Off at LAX package (on return trip to LAX airport) courtesy of Citadel Outlets and Karmel Connect.
· Admittance for four (4) to Anaheim Sporting Event Experience; experience is dependent on travel dates and availability. Experience will either be an Anaheim Angels Baseball Game at Angels Stadium, Anaheim, Anaheim Ducks Ice Hockey Game at the Honda Center, Anaheim or ‘Angels Stadium’ Tour.
Total Prize Value: approximately NZD$12,000
Winner must be available to travel for a consecutive five (5) night period prior to 30 September 2027.
The Prize excludes:
· passport fees;
· ESTA/ Visa fees;
· Transportation from the Winner’s residence to Auckland Airport and return;
· baggage fees;
· insurance (health, travel, medical);
· parking fees;
· accommodation fees;
· food or beverages;
· merchandise, souvenirs;
· incidental expenses;
· spending money and personal expenses;
· local or long-distance telephone calls or data charges;
· tips, gratuities, service charges;
· federal, state and local taxes, except as expressly stated in the Prize; and
· costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Prize
(together, the “Prize Exclusions”).
Disneyland Specific Prize Conditions:
19. Other restrictions, terms and conditions as determined by Disney also apply to the Prize and will be notified to the Prize Winner.
The Disneyland Resort Park Hopper Theme Park Tickets are subject to the terms and conditions set out therein and included on the tickets, and it is a condition of accepting the Prize that each member of the Group complies with those terms and conditions.
A separate theme park reservation is required, in addition to a valid ticket, for park entry for each member of the Group on each day of the visit, and must be obtained in advance. Theme park reservations are limited and subject to availability, and do not guarantee theme park admission or access to any experience, attraction or offering. The Prize Winner is responsible for making theme park reservations on behalf of the Group.
Any damaged, lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced, and any inability to use the tickets will result in forfeiture of the affected tickets.
There may be specific state or government health agency instructions, guidelines and requirements for visitors to Disneyland Resort. Each member of the Group acknowledges that they enter Disneyland Resort at their own health and safety risk, and is solely responsible, at their own cost, for staying updated on and complying with any restrictions and requirements in place for travel to and entry into Disneyland Resort. Certain theme parks, hotels, restaurants, attractions, experiences, services and other offerings may be modified, limited in availability or capacity, or closed.
20. The Prize Winner (by accepting the Prize) agrees that they will abide by the applicable terms and conditions for the use of the Prize as notified by the Promoter and/or the prize issuer. The Prize and use of the Prize are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Promoter, and Prize Issuer.
21. The Group must comply with all Prize Supplier booking, travel and entry requirements.
22. The Prize Winner is responsible for ensuring that each member of the Group meets all age and other eligibility requirements imposed by the Prize Supplier. Any members of the Group under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
23. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be sold or exchanged for cash or other goods or services. Closeout dates will apply and are applicable during peak holiday periods, school holidays, public holidays, special events and other dates as determined by the Prize Suppliers in their sole discretion. The Prize Issuer will work with the Prize Winner to agree on a travel dates, however final travel dates are at the discretion of House of Travel Limited, Air New Zealand and Visit Anaheim, in consultation with Disney.
24. Note travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. This Prize must be booked at one of the following House of Travel stores:

· House of Travel Browns Bay
· House of Travel Devonport
· House of Travel Ellerslie
· House of Travel Hobsonville
· House of Travel Howick

· House of Travel Takapuna
25. All other associated costs including but not limited to the Prize Exclusions, upgrades, spending money, ESTA/Visa costs, Travel Insurance, excess baggage are the responsibility of the winner. Purchasing appropriate Travel insurance is recommended.

27. If the Prize winner or any member of the Group has a criminal record and is denied entry into the US; or encounters any visa issues on route; House of Travel, Air New Zealand and/or Visit Anaheim are not responsible or liable in any way for inability to enter the United States. The Prize winner and their guests are responsible for obtaining all required passports, travel documents, visas and for complying with all country entry/transit requirements prior to departure. Applicable costs associated with these are the responsibility of the Prize winner and their guests.
Entering the competition constitutes a winner’s consent for House of Travel, Air New Zealand and Visit Anaheim to use his or her name and city/town of residence for publicity purposes without compensation. This includes House of Travel, Air New Zealand and Visit Anaheim’s websites, direct and social media channels and PR.
Additional terms
28. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the promotion, the promotion may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of the Promoter.
29. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking part in, the winning of, or use of the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
30. Any personal information collected as part of this competition will be held by House of Travel in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. You have the right to access, update, and correct such information.
31. Privacy Collection Notification: House of Travel Holdings Limited and its related companies (“us”, “our”, “we”) are committed to respecting your privacy. In addition to any other purposes we have made known to you, we will collect, hold, use, and disclose your personal information to enable us to conduct this competition. Any personal information you provide to us will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at houseoftravel.co.nz/hot-info/privacy-policy.
32. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for: (a) inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information; (b) entries not received for any reason, including being lost, misdirected, late, illegible, or incomplete; (c) any technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any computer system, network, server, or software; (d) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the promotion; or (e) any electronic or human error in the administration of the promotion.
33. The above conditions do not affect, and are not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law, including the Fair Trading Act 1986.
34. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Conditions of Entry, or to cancel, alter, or amend the promotion at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control, without awarding any compensation. These Conditions of Entry are subject to the laws of New Zealand.

36. This competition and the Prize incorporate intellectual property owned by Disney, its affiliates and/or licensors (“The Walt Disney Company”) and used by Promoter under licence. Nothing shall be deemed to grant any participant of this competition any right, title or interest in or to the intellectual property of The Walt Disney Company. The Walt Disney Company is not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this competition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, none of The Walt Disney Company nor any of its respective directors, officers, agents, employees, contractors or representatives (altogether the “Entities”) are liable and accept no responsibility, and each Entity is released from liability, for any loss or damage that any participant may suffer in connection with this competition.
