Flight time

The flight from Auckland to Hong Kong takes roughly 11 hours nonstop but no matter what time you arrive, this country is always ready with good food and great times.

Best time to go

For sightseeing and exploring Hong Kong’s neighbourhoods and islands, the best time to visit is autumn (late September to early November). Spring (March to early May) is also pleasant, despite the intermittent downpours.

Time difference

Hong Kong is between 4 and 5 hours behind New Zealand, depending on Daylight Saving here, so it might take you a couple of days to get used to it.
