How you can help

See the ways you're able to help!

Make a donation

Your support enables hospice care to remain completely free of charge.

Donate items on a Hospice with list

Many hospices regularly publish ‘wish lists’ – anything from photocopy paper through to petrol vouchers, kitchen supplies or specialist nursing equipment.

Attend an event

Each hospice has various events throughout the year that you might like to attend. You will have a great time and also support the work of hospice.

Hospice gifts

Many hospices have products such as Christmas cakes, greeting cards, diaries or cards for sale. Perhaps these could be gifts for clients, colleagues, family and friends.

Become a volunteer

Volunteers support all aspects of hospice services, from helping in our shops to driving patients to appointments, reception duties and gardening.

Donate goods to your local Hospice shop

Doubling as a great excuse to spring clean your home, organise a collection of second-hand clothes, accessories, homeware etc. to donate to your local hospice shop.

Run your own event

Movie screenings, quiz nights, sports tournaments, book fairs, cake stalls, art auctions, cooking competitions – the options are endless. Please contact your local hospice for more information about any of these ideas to support their work.

Talk about Hospice

Use your experience to be an ambassador and tell your family, friends and contacts about the work of hospice.
