Please note that transfers between Gladstone Marina and Heron Island are not included in your package. Guests must check in at Gladstone Marina by 8.30am. Ferry departures from Gladstone Marina are at 9.30am, with return departures from Heron Island at 12.45pm. Timetable and sailing schedule are subject to change. • Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice. • Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at The Longhouse, on private balconies or as a picnic experience. Breakfast is served at approximately 8am, lunch at 12pm, tapas and canapes at 5pm and dinner at 7pm. Please note, meal timings can vary and change seasonally. • Breakfast includes one hot option and a continental buffet is available. Lunch includes one course. Dinner includes one main and one dessert. • Daily free-flow drinks are served in The Longhouse from 10am–12am, including beer, wine, cocktails and spirits, with all-day soft drink, juice and coffee. • Return catamaran transfers are provided from Heron Island to Wilson Island, departing Heron Island at approximately 2pm and departing Wilson Island at approximately 10am (weather and tide dependent). Guests should contact reservations@wilsonisland.com to arrange transfers. • Please note: Bathrooms are located in a separate amenities building close to the tents, with six private spaces for guests to utilise. This is to ensure minimal impact and disturbance of Wilson Island’s fragile ecosystem. • Please note: The property offers no Wi-Fi, TV signal, or phone reception. • Please note: The property has a strict policy regarding allergies. Limited dietary requirements can be accommodated but guests should enquire directly with the property prior to making a reservation.
