All cruise packages are based on Twin share, inside cabin and costs are per person. Availability is current as at 19 February 2025 and deals are available until date shown or until sold out. Space is strictly limited and is subject to availability at time of booking. On board credit where shown is per cabin & must be spent on board and is not refundable in cash. All passengers are bound by the individual cruise lines terms & conditions, please ask your consultant for a full copy. Current Deals must be paid in full at time of booking or deposit dates as shown. All passengers must have a valid passport with more than 6 months validity at the end of their holiday. Travel insurance should be taken out at time of booking to cover in the event of any unforeseen cancellation. Included airfares are based on special non refundable economy fares, ground transfers are not included unless specified, any hotels included are on a room only basis unless specified. Hotels in certain destinations in Europe, USA and Asia may require local tourist taxes or resort fees payable at check in, We aim to give an indication of these where possible, but unfortunately you cannot pre pay this aspect of the hotel rate and must settle at check in. ESTA Visas are required for Itineraries visiting USA ,Canada, India, China, Vietnam, Schengen states & Sri Lanka. Visa costs are not included. Passports must be valid at least 6 months after the end of your holiday, If travelling on a non NZ passport other visas + NZ re-entry permits may also be required, please check with applicable embassy. Passport validity, Visas, Vaccinations and health requirements are the responsibility of the passengers. Individual cruise line T&C will apply based on the cruise line booked

Pricing Terms and Conditions

Fares

Fares and offers are valid only for residents of and through travel agents based in New Zealand. Fares are cruise only and quoted in New Zealand Dollars, per person and are based on double occupancy, unless otherwise noted, for new bookings only and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Not all promotions are combinable.

Included Unlimited Shore Excursions

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. For voyages departing in 2025, Shore Excursions may be reserved online beginning 300 days prior to embarkation, or 365 for guests in Concierge Suites and above. For voyages departing in 2026, Shore Excursions may be booked 240 days prior to embarkation for guests sailing on full World Cruises and Grand Voyages; 210 days prior to embarkation for guests in Concierge Suites and above, or Seven Seas Society ® Silver members and above; 180 days prior to embarkation for guests in Superior Suites and below, and Seven Seas Society ® Bronze members. Shore excursion early bookings close seven days prior to sailing. A 75-minute window is required between tours operating on the same day in port.

Included 1-Night Pre-Cruise Hotel Package

1-Night Pre-Cruise Hotel Package applies to Guests 1 and 2 in Concierge Suites and higher and includes transfers from hotel to port only. Hotel Package is capacity-controlled with limited availability and is not available for new bookings made within 60 days of departure. Regent Seven Seas Cruises® reserves the right to change or withdraw any Hotel Package at any time without notice.

Included Unlimited WiFi

Included unlimited WiFi applies to all suite categories and is for one log-in per suite. Concierge Suites and above receive up to four logins, four devices, per suite.

Included Beverages

Included beverages include selected wines, spirits, beers and champagne.

Included Land Programme

Included Land Programme applies to Guests 1 and 2 for one Pre- or Post-Cruise Land Programme and is not combinable with the 5% discount on Pre- or Post-Cruise Hotel or Land Programmes available to Guests for purchase. Guests in Concierge Suites and higher who choose an included Land Programme or choose to arrange their own pre-cruise hotel accommodation will receive up to US$250 credit in lieu of the included 1-Night Hotel Package. The land programmes are capacity-controlled with limited availability and is not available for new bookings made within 60 days of departure.

Included Valet Laundry Service

Included Valet Laundry Service includes wash, press and fold services for guests sailing in Deluxe Window/Veranda Suites through Master Suites; additionally, Regent Suite guests receive unlimited dry cleaning service. Valet Laundry Service is not available on the final day of cruise prior to disembarkation.

Best Price Guarantee

Should a better price be released by Regent Seven Seas Cruises^® a request for the lower price must be submitted. The suite category must be available at time of query, and be an identical package offered, prior to full balance being taken. Applicable on new bookings unless sold out prior. Should there be a price reduction after final payment has been made, the difference will be provided in the form of a Shipboard Credit, suite upgrade or a Future Cruise Credit at Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ discretion.
