Wellbeing is taken seriously at House of Travel. We've built a digital wellness platform to connect our teams through fun challenges, competitions, informative articles, recipes, workouts and discounts. Our platform is open to our team and their families, because we care about them too!

We pay attention to our teams and the market to ensure our teams are rewarded for their hard work. We also have an Annual Awards Conference and a Purple Heart initiative which allows our teams to give each other a shout-out for a job well done or a kind moment in the workplace.

Our team can suggest ways they may better balance their work-life or propose taking their work overseas for a short time in conjunction with their annual leave. Requests are always considered on a case-by-case basis but if we can make it work, we'll try!
