• They cannot be used online at houseoftravel.co.nz
• The vouchers cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash or used to purchase foreign exchange.
• Any remaining balance on the vouchers upon expiry date will not be refunded
• Travel Vouchers will not be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. 
• We may in our sole discretion place a stop on the use of a travel voucher if a travel voucher is reported to us as being lost or stolen or if we believe it may be used contrary to these terms and conditions or contrary to any applicable laws or regulations
