Head into the Adelaide Hills for a day dedicated to exclusive wine tastings at renowned producers like Beerenberg, Udder delights, Shaw & Smith, and The Lane Winery.
Next your journey will continue to the Barossa Valley, a highlight of Australian wine regions. Here, you’ll spend two full days exploring this historic area where you'll visit culinary legends like Maggie Beer, Seppeltsfield, and Yalumba.

7 Day Guided Cycling Tour - Intinerary
Arrive in to Adelaide, make your way to your accommodation at your leisure. Transfers from airport are not included.
Accommodation: Ibis Adelaide
Begin with an 8am pickup from your city accommodation.
After reaching Marino Rocks, you'll be equipped with an electric bike and embark on a short ride to a cafe for coffee and a tour briefing.
The scenic ride along the Coast to Vines Rail Trail to McLaren Vale will treat you to coastal views and numerous wineries to explore, your luggage will be transferred to your McLaren Vale accommodation, allowing you to savor the McLaren Vale wine region at your own pace.
Arrive at McLaren Vale approx. 12.30pm, where you can spend the afternoon exploring the Vales and its surroundings.
Accommodation: Serafino in McLaren Vale
Ride distance: 33km (Guided)
Meet at 8am, and transfer to Hahndorf for a guided tour through the charming Main Street. At 10am, a delectable cheese platter and freshly baked bread await you at Udder Delights.
Experience the exquisite Wine Flight at Shaw & Smith at 11am.
At 12:30 pm, embark on a beautiful ride between The Lane Winery and Shaw & Smith. Enjoy a picnic basket with a bottle of Lois Sparkling Wine at one of their panoramic picnic spots.
After your picnic, take a self-guided journey through the country lanes to visit Beerenberg Farm at 2pm (strawberry picking available during the season).
Picnics are available from October to April; during May to September, you'll enjoy a lunch experience at Beerenberg instead.
Accommodation: The Manna Hahndorf
Ride distance: 23km (Guided)
At 8:30 am, transfer to Oakbank to begin cycling through the heart of the Adelaide Hills along the Amy Gillett Rail Trail to Mt. Torrens, taking in the breathtaking countryside.
Bikes will be loaded at Mt. Torrens, and you'll transfer to Sandy Creek, where you'll continue your journey on bikes, enjoying the Barossa Rail Trail.
Reach Lyndoch for lunch and then proceed to Tanunda.
Accommodation: The Barossa Weintal
Ride distance: 38km (Guided + Support bus provided)
Today, you have the freedom to explore the Barossa Valley on your own. Cycle through Jacobs Creek Winery to Tanunda, Nuriootpa, and Angaston, where you can taste world-famous wines and witness breathtaking sights.
Alternatively, venture off the trail to visit historic Seppeltsfield, Yalumba, and Maggie Beer while in the area.
Accommodation: The Barossa Weintal
Ride distance: At your leisure (Self-Guided)
At 8am, bikes will be loaded and transferred with you to the foothills in Athelstone, the beginning of the River Torrens Linea Pk.
Follow the river downstream through the city to reach the beach at Glenelg, enjoying a memorable ride.
Arrive Glenelg at approx. 12.30pm, time to relax and savor the beach.

Ride distance: 35km (Guided)
